Such words are opened by another letter to the Vitebsk human rights activists, a political prisoner who is serving a sentence in the correctional colony No. 14. Further, Mikhail Zhamchuzhny reveals what the "fine" is.
"30 minutes after the release of the PKT (chamber room – ed.) I was again discharged violation," – wrote in his letter to the political prisoner. The leadership of the IC accused the political prisoner of violating the regime of detention: he voluntarily left the territory of the detachment's location. Although this was done with the permission of the detachment commander, accompanied by a prisoner authorized by him.
The need for care was dictated by the fact that Zhamchuzhny wanted to "wash in the bath after three months of a cell in which three neighbors smoked all my newspapers – an average of four cigarettes per hour each."
It turns out that in order to clean up the prison stench Mikhail Igorevich had to force the detachment officer to call the duty officer in the zone and inform him of his intention to wash in the bath. However Zhmchchuzhny did not do this. And for this violation the leadership of the colony in the coming days promised to put the convict in a punishment cell.
But on this misadventure Mikhail Igorevich did not end.
"Today (March 5 – Ed.) I was first sent to work, to" promku. " All are very surprised, as the 62-year-old pensioner thought of getting to work in the mechanical shop number 2. And without a safety briefing. Everyone thinks that this is another provocation – in the hope that I will refuse. But I did not refuse..." – writes the political prisoner about the apparent violation of the requirements of the Criminal Executive Code by the colony administration.
"The court sent me to prison for 3 years from March 2nd to 23rd. This is due to my aggressive defense ", – proudly informs fellow countrymen Zhamchuzhny.
On the recommendation of the lawyer, he sent four protests to the Barysaŭ court, in which he requests that four officers of the colony administration be summoned to the next court session as important witnesses in his case. According to the prisoner of IC No. 14, this will help him to establish in court that all the penalties imposed on him did not have actual violations on his part.
