Head of trade union Victor Stukov was fired and banned him from the entrance to the plant. But in court Stukov has proven that it has the right to pass on the territory of the factory to work with the members of their trade union organization. However, the company managed to pass only with the assistance of a bailiff:

"Big, maximum effort in the presence of bailiffs, and forced to confirm membership in the Free Trade Union at least one employee by submitting applications to join a trade union."
