September 7 Hall of the Viciebsk Oblast Philharmonic held celebrations in connection with the fifth anniversary of that September 12 marks the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
Over the past five years, investigators Viciebsk region completed a preliminary investigation of more than 31 thousand criminal cases, of which transferred to the court more than 25 thousand; offset losses amounting to 199.4 billion non-denominated rubles, which is more than 76% of the amount of damage caused by the actions of the accused, about this at the meeting said the head of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir control Shaluhin in his welcome address to the guests, colleagues and veterans of the investigating authorities.
75 employees serving in the Viciebsk region, over the past 5 years have been marked by state awards – medals "For perfect service" and for the protection of public order.
"I am confident that the officers of the Investigation Committee, the regional investigative units will continue to cope with the tasks, make a worthy and significant contribution to the strengthening of the rule of law and stability in society. After all, the motto of the Investigative Committee of the “Law... Justice... Fatherland...”" – that summed up his speech, Mr. Shaluhin.
He then congratulated the field investigators and presented awards to the best employees in the first place – diplomas and thanks the Chairman of the Investigative Committee.
