Ancient Sianno impresses with its landscape: large lake and hills, with views of the private construction of urban and natural landscapes of the outskirts. Such a landscape creates a lot of space for successful architectural solutions. Creates, but not guaranteed. Construction and repair works are carried out throughout the city. It seems that the old borders are replaced by new ones, and the sidewalks and roads asphalted throughout the city. Public buildings, located in the central square, or have completely renovated or repairs are being completed. In the former building of the local district council, which last repaired, the work has only just begun, but the library, which is located there, do not stop the issuance of books, even in such adverse conditions.
The fact that at the moment made significant amount of work can be seen with the naked eye. It is clear that the most extensive work is being done at the center, but also in the suburbs somewhere changing the old fence, made minor repairs.
Architect's plan, embodied in the building, monumental, utilitarian decisions has become clear and accessible to the semantic and emotional explanations and evaluations. In this regard, I would like to dwell a little on the particular ideological preparation for the "Dozhinki" in Sianno. As for me, the ideology in the restructuring of the three heroes of the park and the central square is clearly off scale.
Starting at these two sites caused many disturbances from Sianno residents since been cut down dozens, if not hundreds of trees. Now this outrage subsided, but the sediment remained. It turned out a great open space, which was unable to fill even Sianno mound of Glory; monument of three soldiers, which is named in honor of the park; two armored personnel carriers; SAU and several guns placed at different locations of the park; a number of other small and monumental forms of the future monument to the Afghans, who is under the pedestal. Do not save the situation, even two Su-24 and Su-27, which brought back and installed here a few weeks ago.
The fact that all the weapons located in the park is aimed at the local administration of the building and the House wedding, it seems quite comical. So climb in a head seditious thought: if something goes wrong, and you can shoot and marry – only at the point of guns.
The central area of the city is also imbued with ideological symbols: Monument to soldiers-liberators with majestic arch in front of him and a bronze plaque in honor of a native of the Sianno District Matron Sergeevny Markevich, who is the author of the drawing of the ornament at the current national flag of the country.
Fountain and children's playground with colorful gaming complex, located on the square below, although seem necessary complement utilitarian, but absolutely do not agree with the previous two objects and break harmonious integrity of the area. Trees on the area lacks catastrophically.
In general, the state of the city left a good impression. View buildings, renovated for the holiday, gave the town is a modern and European, and ideology, we hope – it is provisional.
