The former children's summer camp "Star" is located in the Połacak district near the village of Małoje Sitna. Once a popular holiday destination Navapołacak children today is in complete disrepair.

The camp is for 480 seats was built from the NovoPołacak plant "Meter" in the days of the Soviet Union, it took the first shift in 1990.
