Victor Mikhalchenkov from Lozna won at the VII Festival of social Internet resource "World of Equal Opportunities", held in Moscow. Through his website, "NPD – Not Gonna Get Us – Modern technologies without complexes", many a new look at the world and those in the community called people with disabilities.

Despite his illness, Victor by Internet portal helps people in rehabilitation. Its development has become a platform for communication, exchange of experiences, as well as service, where you can gather a lot of useful information about advanced technologies, achievements of science, which can be used by people with disabilities.

The Lozna resident repeatedly presented his work at festivals social Internet resource "World of Equal Opportunities" and became the winner. And this year he won the award for "Rainbow of Life". It is noteworthy that Victor Mikhalchenkov – the only representative of our country, which is among the finalists.

By the way, this year the festival organizing committee, sponsored by the Foundation for Support of Persons with Disabilities "One Country" and the All-Russian Society of Disabled Persons, received 314 applications from 56 regions of Russia, as well as the creators of the Russian sites of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. Experts estimated the social and public importance of the resource, content and interactivity, design and ease of use, creative and original approach to the presentation of the material, as well as the effectiveness of promoting tolerance towards people with disabilities.
