– We consulted wherever possible. Even in foreign clinics out. We do not do such operations, and in Germany have promised to put on your feet for 30 thousand euro. That kind of money in the family, of course, there was not – tell the wife.
Oleg holds cheerfully:
– I have already resigned from his position. And I understand that even so it is possible to live an interesting, eventful life. Before I unhappiness sports in general not engaged. And now – there is so much of diplomas, cups, medals. I go to competitions in other cities, even abroad was. An old "Ford" was converted into a manual operation, so I am quite mobile.

I decide myself to study the situation. The Navapołacak executive committee explained to me: yes, Oleg as invalid of the first group is entitled to social housing. But first, today in the city are waiting for social housing 146 families with many children, 88 orphans and 10 disabled. Every year for these categories of citizens is built about 10-15 apartments. And secondly, social housing cannot be allocated to a family Malinowski, since the disability pension (two million) and the salary of his wife (four million) per capita income exceeds the limit. For the same reason, Oleg is not entitled to claim on a soft loan for the construction of housing with state support.
