The road from Horki highway to village of Staŭry is of strategic importance for the residents. On her journey automobile dealer performed 3 times a week, ambulance, gas services, social and cultural services, and in the summer time it passes not less than 300 vehicles per day.

Unfortunately, this road is in terrible condition. Over the past 20 years, all attempts to repair the road were reduced to grading. As a result, sand and gravel embankment almost completely leveled. The last layer of gravel removed December 24, 2015, after which the very center of the roadway formed deep ravines.

Numerous appeals on this issue Babiničy village Executive Committee, Vorša District Executive Committee, Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee gave no practical result. Villagers of Staŭry are hoping to President.
