Charge into the deaths of the workers in the branch "Navapołacak CHP" RUE "Viciebskenergo" brought two of the responsible employees. As the deputy head of the department for supervision over the implementation of the legislation of the Investigative Committee of Viciebsk region prosecutor's Natalia Fedorenko, a criminal case has been referred to the court of Navapołacak.

Two workers were fatally injured in September 2014 during repair work on the pipeline Navapołacak CHP.

In violation of labor safety rules, resulting in the death of two or more persons (art. 306 p. 3 of the Criminal Code), accused the two people who at the time of the accident worked as chief (now occupies another post) and turbine workshop foreman. Sanction article provides imprisonment for a term of three to seven years, with disqualification to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities (or non-custodial).
