At production association "Połacak-Fiberglass" created a single union committee to sign a collective agreement with the administration. Members of the department of the Free Trade Union, which operates in the company, have already decided on the person who will represent them in the committee.

Says the chairman of the Free Trade Union "Fiberglass" Viktor Stukov: "We held a meeting and decided that this would be Nikolai Sharah. Above all, it will be offered. Then, can be replaced. But to solve it will be a union, but not CEO or someone else".

According to Viktor Stukov, at the level of the government approved a new concept of collective bargaining in enterprises in which there are several trade union organizations. Now they need to create a single union committee. The trade union leader said that it will be protected from persecution and even dismissals of activists of the Free Trade Union. Viktor Stukov himself was fired from the company two years ago, and all his attempts to court to recognize the illegal dismissal of success is not yet conceived.
