The story of their ordeal Leonid Zdrestov starts from the time when in 1992 he settled in the village Bujany and took a job at the head of the workshops at the farm " Łośvida". Soon the farm land were transferred to the poultry farm "Town". While a few dozen houses and a public bath in the village were heated by a new central boiler house specialist. However, in 1994, director of poultry farm sergeants gave the command to parse the boiler brick by brick. What was done. It tells Mr. Zdrestov later all construction materials were delivered by management in their dachas in Haradok area.

People began to seek a way out: first of all, built oven. He built a small shield to heat one room and Leonid Zdrestov. But he did not stop - began to seek justice. Kuzmenko collected from people at that time a lot of money: twenty four million rubles. I'm on their adventure did not go.

Gasification began in June 2006 and was commissioned in September 2007. However, during this period of Kuzmenko LLC "Teplogazstroy" not received a single penny. I've been tracking this situation, therefore, I sounded the alarm, and to clarify the circumstances of the connected law enforcement agencies. Only then, in October, Kuzmenko made the first payment in the amount of six-something million rubles, and the second - in March 2008. In general, it turned fourteen million rubles and kopecks. This raises the question: "And what happened to nearly ten million rubles collected from the members of the cooperative? He put in his pocket?"

Then, in 2008, I asked the chairman of the cooperative Kuzmenko with a request to connect to the gas shield. He billed me: I had then to pay more than one million two hundred thousand rubles for outstanding cooperative permission to connect. The amount was clearly excessive. I asked Kuzmenko justify this amount documented: they think, 17 people had to pay about seven million for the entire volume of work performed, and I am one - two hundred million. He openly sent me, saying that there are no documents, and in the case of my disagreement threatened that I would have to pay an even greater amount. Kuzmenko behaved arrogantly, because I felt - it stands for power, and who is Zdrestov?

However, I did not leave it so and sued the Viciebsk region, there to have understood the law, for which I have to pay in this case. I hired a lawyer and pay their own money for the calculation of the amount that I have to pay for the connection of homes to the gas shield. As it turned out, I had to pay a hundred and something thousand. How many times overstatement? But the court the document does not even take into account. Since then, I've been fighting and. Later, I was refused and the court of the Oktyabrsky district of Viciebsk.

"Regional gas companies," seeing that I'll be a long time to wag their nerves, draw up a contract offered to connect me to the means at our two apartment house input. But I had to pay if not a million-something, and more than four million. Once again, I asked them to prove their worth voiced economically feasible way.

Now, I appealed to the court of the Railway District of Viciebsk. Already there was a preliminary discussion in court: there was me and the head of housing and communal services administration of the Viciebsk Regional Executive Committee. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for September 30th. In his statement of claim, I ask the court to "induce the defendant to restore the heating system in my house until the next heating season, cost-effective and coherent manner with me."
