The destruction of the village Pavlovich in December 2012 caused a wide resonance. Residents who lost property as a result, applied to the various authorities to obtain compensation. But all their efforts were in vain.
Almost the only thing that survived in the village after the operation of its destruction, was the burial place of the unknown soldier, which is in its territory. Even after the burning of the village took care of the grave, it is constantly brought flowers.
And suddenly the former inhabitants of the village burned learned that the grave of the heroes of the war no longer exists. One of the villagers, Andrey Solovyov tried to find out from the authorities about the fate of the place of burial. However, neither the administration of Pervomaisky district of Vitebsk (in 1992 the village lands were transferred to the city) nor Novka village council, he could not get a clear answer from the officials.
As a result, Andrew Lukich decided to appeal to the prosecutor.
