At the end of the day on April 30 in the shopping center "Evikom" passed entrepreneurial meeting. The result of it was an appeal to the National Bank, a number of ministries and Alexander Lukashenka.
"Everyone told that in the country difficult economic situation and provide state subsidies to enterprises. And if entrepreneurs are living in some other Belarus – instead of grants from us again and again trying to collect the money "- describes the situation as Irina Jaskievicz, Entrepreneur of the shopping center "Evikom", member of the organizing committee on creation of the union of entrepreneurs "Together".
One of the reasons to hold a meeting and address a letter of protest to the responsible state parties – it is a necessity to acquire terminals for payments by plastic cards. This condition – equipped workplaces terminals before July 1 – put the National Bank. Such equipment can not be purchased in installments, for it must immediately pay from 5 to 9 million rubles. Yes, monthly transfer of 300 000 "service." Entrepreneurs are already paying "service" of cash registers, which were purchased by the state order. But the order to acquire compulsorily the terminals also referred to simply as "pumping money": people are calculated on the money markets, with spending on the purchase of a relatively small amount.
"We do not have such a large turnover of money to purchase additional equipment is very expensive," – so entrepreneurs have formulated their claims to the National Bank. And the same point are going to include in a letter to Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
By the way, the answer to its past appeal to him Vitebsk entrepreneurs did not wait. From the administration received a letter that the appeal forwarded to a number of ministries, and from there sent to "unsubscribe", says Irina Jaskievicz:
"Now we do the opposite: they send letters and Ministry and the presidential administration. To these structures are not engaged in work in vain – the shipment of correspondence without any result. It remained an unresolved issue of taxes – we ask at least not to increase the size of the step-up ratio. After all, such an increase for those who pay a flat tax, again scheduled in July. It is also not addressed the issue with the certification of goods. Once again, we remind: entrepreneurs – are traders rather than manufacturers! We purchase goods for sale, and our goal – to buy it cheaper, faster to implement. We do not often work directly with manufacturers – mainly buy from those who deliver the goods in bulk. And because we can not expect the same traders of any documents showing quality. We are private traders. And if our government says that cares about the safety of customers, and the quality of the goods, which moves in the framework of the Customs Union should be monitored at the state level. And entrepreneurs – not the supervisory authority to take on these functions. "
Since February this year, when entrepreneurs throughout Belarus forced to stop work in Vitebsk number of traders in manufactured goods decreased by 30%. They have been unable to work due to lack of documents, without which businesses are fined large sums, as well as under conditions of high taxation. The requirement to purchase terminals for customer service, the inability to get documents confirming the quality of the goods, the likelihood of further tax increases may lead to the fact that entrepreneurs are more mass will "close" in the summer. Closing the jobs market – the disappearance of yet another source of replenishment of the budget, so the state should think about the consequences, consider Vitebsk entrepreneurs. This phrase is also in a letter to Alyaksandr Lukashenka.
