Therefore, in the final decision of the District Court reduced the amount of compensation for Bernikovich to 50 million rubles. Yaroslav is arranged, but prosecutors Hlybokaje filed for an appeal against the decision in the Vitebsk regional court. But in this instance left the decision of the district court in force.
