In the absence of the coat of arms in the courtroom Dzyarzhautsau Jan noticed when he came to town to support the local activist Leanid Autukhou, which was judged by the administrative case. His complaint he described in the book of comments and suggestions of the court.

"I wrote that in the courtroom was not the state emblem, and there was only a flag, which is a gross violation of Article 19 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, – said Jan Dzyarzhautsau. – Links to the fact that in the courtroom at the time of the court hearing has been renovated to be false by the leadership of the court. It can testify and present participants in the process. The flag was in the hall, and the coat of arms was not. Most likely, you forgot about it and not just attached to the wall. The fact that it was not in the hall, is a shame for the staff Haradok court. And for that they should be punished according to the law."
