The most significant violations of environmental legislation in water protection zones and coastal strips allow agricultural enterprises having livestock facilities. This was reported by Senior Assistant District Attorney Natalia Borisenko on the audit, together with the staff of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of protection of flora and fauna.

"Control touched the enforcement of prohibitions and restrictions of economic and other activities in water protection zones and coastal strips of water bodies. It was established that legal entities located in the district are allowed violations of environmental laws, in terms of compliance with the requirements of Article 77 of the Water Code of the Republic of Belarus", – said the prosecutor's office employee.

On the farm KUSKHP "Vymno" showed a significant accumulation of organic liquids, storage which is carried out without embankment. Through the bias of the organic farm falls into a ravine, and later – in the lake Vymno. In addition, it organized illegal dumping of household waste, there is accumulation of scattered remains of animals. Similar violations identified in the survey and the farm "Voroshilov" KUSKHP "Pestunitsa".

Safe for the environment working dairy farm "Kotava" (KUSKHP "Vymno"). This is not taken for removal of organics and bund its present location, which creates a threat of pollution of the river Vymnyanka in the case of heavy rainfall.
