In Haradok the trial of a member of the BPF Leonid Autukhou. Started activist judge one article and then reclassified to another – with a more severe penalty.

Leonid Autukhou compared the Head of the District Department of Labor, Employment and Social Security Peter Prasolov with "terrorist in Lugansk and Donetsk" – a record with these words the activist left in the book of complaints executive committee.

The first meeting was held on 30 March and then began Leonid Autukhou administrative judge Article 9.3 – for "insulting, deliberate humiliation of honor and dignity of the individual, in an unseemly manner."

Then the judge Alexander Nosov sent the case back for revision in Haradok police department. It was a surprise to the activist: he came to court to clarify the details of the case, and only then learned that the district court judge ruled Haradok – refer the case back to the police. According to Leonid Autukhou young judge did, in consultation with the Vitebsk colleagues.

Nosov judge asked him to go to court to see his work, April 4. Here he learned that now he is accused of violating administrative art. 23.5 – for "insulting an official in the performance of official duties by a person not subordinate to the service." And if before he faces a sentence ranging in size from 4 to 20 basic units, then for a new article – is from 20 to 50 base.

Only activist went to the office of a judge, as immediately appeared Haradok police department staff and introduced him to the new protocol by writing a subpoena on April 8 – Court of the former article was also appointed on that date.

Leonid Avtukhou wrote that the protocol does not agree. Activists say that by writing about "terrorists", he was referring to the attitude of officials to citizens. His aim was to draw the attention of senior management of the illegal actions of officials, as the complaint book is periodically checked boss Mr. Prasolov.

Conflict with the Chief District Office for Labour, Employment and Social Security came from the fact that Leonid Autukhou removed from the register at the employment center. Activist sure that it is illegal, and therefore recorded in the book of complaints.

Mr. Avtukhou lost his job in 2008 – it reduced after the elections to the House of Representatives, where he ran. Since then, more than 40 times he tried to get in the direction of the center of employment. But the promised jobs in enterprises was not, or they found themselves already busy work or did not correspond to his qualifications. In February this year, activist removed from the register of unemployment, as he says, refusing the offer of employment. According to Autukhou, he purposely made a "political parasites", as in the area know about his opposition views.
