Vitebsk Regional Court sentenced a former prosecutor Shumilinsky district, and his deputy accused of an offense under Part 3 of Article 430 of the Criminal Code. The case was heard in closed court session.

On the basis of Article 60 of the Criminal Code both denied prosecutors special ranks.

The verdict was announced on February 13.
