November 28 in Zheleznodorozhny district court of Vitebsk held hearings of administrative cases of journalists who were photographed against the backdrop of urban graffiti on the eve of November 5th. Dmitry Kazakevitch and Elena Stepanova were fined 20 basic units (3,000,000 rubles), and Elena Shabunya - 18 base for a violation of Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code (violation of the order of organization or holding mass events).
The trial of Kazakevich judge Elena Tsygankova took about 30 minutes. The prosecution played the recording secretary, head of law enforcement and prevention of ATS Zheleznodorozhny District of Vitebsk Alexander Rybak. He said that the "photo shoot" was "action" because, they say, so wrote on the Internet. The result - a fine of 20 basic units.
After the lunch break, like the trial took place and over a journalist Elena Stepanova. Judge Denis Gubanov found her guilty of violating the order of organizing or holding mass events and also a fine of 20 basic units.
Later, the same judge ruled fined Elena Shabunya 18 basic units. Smaller fine Gubanov Denis explained that she had three children, including two minors.
Just opened seven administrative cases. The following courts are scheduled for December 1st.
