At the meeting, noted that for 9 months of 2014 in the territory of Orsha district, there was a reduction of recidivism from 168 to 157 crimes, and crimes committed by intoxicated - from 133 to 114.

During this period, registered 6 kills and 13 serious injuries. Registered 30 corruption-related crimes and 60 crimes committed in the economic sphere (for 9 months of last year was committed 54 offenses of corruption and 29 - in the economic sphere).

However, as noted, from 24 to 31, increased the number of very serious crimes, from 6 to 7 - robberies, from 29 to 39 - robberies, from 8 to 14 - hooliganism, from 1 to 4 - rape, from 1 to 6 - kidnapping, with 4 to 14 - illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and analogs from 1 to 15 - luring loans or grants.

In addition, the number of crimes committed by women (from 109 to 126), persons who are not engaged in socially useful activities (from 511 to 531). Noting the increasing number of victims of retirement age (from 117 to 122).
