The city needs a professionally designed site with a secure infrastructure, which includes essentials such as parking, toilets, changing rooms, catering (cafes), etc. for a full family vacation, "- said in the petition, authored by Konstantin Filippov.

He is the director of "Arena pizza" and asks citizens to support the initiative, which rejected the local authorities:
