Enterprise "Vitebskenergo" initiated administrative proceedings against the legendary personality for hanging out a white-red -white flags on electric wires. It happened after the arrest of two opposition leaders - Boris  Khamajda and Alexander Solovyan who found March 24 national flag.

Both were detained in the evening in the village of Ruba that near Vitebsk. Two gentlemen retirement age riot police detained, put a face to the ground, beaten, and threatened to shoot... This was told Boris Khamaida:

"It felt like an attack of some bandits. Indeed they were in civilian clothes, screaming, threatening, one put a me something back to his head and threatened to kill... And in the Railway District Court, they stated that we did not submit to their demands, refused to name names. looked ridiculous healthy boys and we - I am 67 years old, Solovyan a couple of years younger. and he still in detention and "embedded" foot in the face... Judge Elena Tsygankova gave us for three days."

While serving arrest revealed that the activists claim in yet another. They were questioned and forced to confess, "who of them is Myron". From the first day it started to clear up detentions investigative committee, said Boris Khamaida:

"As soon as we were brought to the police station Railway, a man in uniform, on it was written "Investigation Committee". He dismantled and took with him my cell phone. And do not leave any of this document just took - and all!"

"Boris Khamaida returning from "days", talked to me about these events. The decision to inspect housing noted that it is made in connection with the administrative case under Article 10.9 of the Administrative Code. This article is about the destruction of or damage to property in a small size. The case was initiated at the request of RUE "Vitebskenergo" for numerous cases of hanging flags on electric wires. Such cases are recorded in Vitebsk for many years, but the case was started on March 27 - just when Alexander Solovyan and Boris Khamaida serving arrest.

After leaving the "days" the friends met on the porch of the IVS and Solovyan told that the search was in his private house in the village Zaytsevo Vitebsk region.
