The Congress of association of members of the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" of Vitebsk was nearly derailed after representatives of the area were not able to get to Vitebsk.

According to Vitaly Rymashevsky, to work quickly and without warning were caused by members of the BCD Novopolotsk and Lepel.
