On the eve of New Year, on December 31, the police took place in Navapołacak administrative proceedings on charges of Andrei Hajdukou in violation of an accomplishment settlements. Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Affairs – chief of public security police, Vladimir Bykov, having examined the materials of the case, imposed a fine of Andrew 360 thousand rubles.
Community activists of Połacak region came to the police for Andrei moral support. Law enforcement officials had not prevented the public to attend the examination materials charges.
The building of the city police department of Navapołacak, in his office on the second floor of the administrative process led Deputy Chief of Department of Internal Affairs Vladimir Bykov. Andrew refused to admit his guilt, saying the flyers at the entrances he was not putting up. The police chief dismissed Hajdukou’s petition to invite police major I.V. Golyakovich, which in its report stated that it was Andrei putting up flyers.
The police chief decided that to prove the guilt of Andrei enough of a police officer to report unsubstantiated allegations and photos from the Internet pasted leaflets. According to the article, which was applied (part 2 art. 21.14 CAO), a penalty of up to 25 basic units, but the police chief chose the minimum size – 2 base units.
Andrei Hajdukou does not consider himself guilty, but has not yet decided whether it will appeal the New Year's gift from the police Navapołacak. In consideration of further actions Andrew has ten days. "We need to consult with human rights defenders", – said Andrei.
