Members of the Conservative Christian Party BPF Jan Dzyarzhautsau, Oleg Emelyanov and Peter Sarapenya applied for shares in the three districts of Vitebsk. And of all the three Administrations were refused. According to Jan Dzyarzhautsau purpose alleged shares were publicly condemned the Russian aggression against a sovereign independent Ukraine.
Jan Dzyarzhautsau: "Pickets were to be held from 22 to 24 September in locations designated by the authorities for mass actions. We were refused on the grounds that we have not entered into service contracts with the stock housing, medical clinics and the central city police. These contracts we are required in accordance with the decision of the Executive Committee of Vitebsk. However, this solution is not feasible - the doctors and the police have never agreed to a contract with us. So this time we decided not to go to them. As for local governments, officials have shown us their own attitude to the events in Ukraine - they refuse to grant us this problem on a broad public discussion."
Jan Dzyarzhautsau said that the representatives of the CCP BPF ready once again to initiate a campaign for changes in the executive committee decision #881 "On Mass Events in Vitebsk". Such initiatives have been several, but they were unsuccessful: all instances of activists responded that the decision passed legal review, approved, and therefore deemed to be committed.
