In the first days of the new, 2014, prosecutors Vitebsk were issued an official warning about the inadmissibility of violation of the legislation the Deputy Governor of the October, Pershamajski and Railway areas - Anatole Kondratovich, Olga Gurchenko and Natalia Lepeshkina. Thus, the prosecutor's office responded to a complaint of human rights activist Paul Lyavinau.
Wanting to spend December 10, 2013 pickets, Paul Levinau filed in all three district administrations Vitebsk relevant statements. However, in violation of the Law "On citizens and legal entities" deputy heads of district administrations considered treatment for over a month, instead of the 15 days.
Also, officials are not sent copies of statements Lyavinau on events in the district departments of the Interior, to those discussed issues related to the protection of public order and public security, thus violating the relevant government decree.
Believing that the deputy chief of staff A. Kondratovich, O. Gurchenko and N. Lepeshkina grossly trampled upon provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On citizens and legal entities" and the Decision of the Council of Ministers on March 5, 2012 number 207, a human rights activist in the city prosecutor's office appealed.
In his complaint to the Vitebsk prosecutor Mr. Levinau asked Yuri Romanovsky apply to bureaucrats - deputy chief of staff most stringent measures of prosecutorial response in connection with violation of the current legislation of the country. And, to the surprise of sincere human rights activist, the prosecution agreed with his arguments - issued official warnings to senior officials.
Now a word for the October, Pershamajski and Railway administration leaders in Vitebsk areas that need to think about the professional competence of their deputies.
