Vitebsk Regional territorial election commission includes 13 members from 17 applicants. Vice- chairman of the regional branch of the BPF Kastus Smolikova the commission not included. Wishing to put forward from political parties and public associations (10 persons) , from citizens by submitting applications ( 6 persons) , labor collectives (1 person) . Also Nicholas Selivashko from party members in the regional election commission included representatives of the LDP, CPB, Republican Party of Labor and Justice . According to Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Kosinets , these elections will be held in the year of the 70th anniversary of Belarus' liberation from Nazi invaders in the period of preparation for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory , and therefore "it is necessary to conduct the campaign at the highest organizational level , openly and democratically . "
