In less than a month the district administration banned the Vitebsk 5 pickets, applications for which are supplied members of the Conservative Christian Party of the Belarusian Popular Front and Jan Dzyarzhautsau and Jan Tolpygo (pictured). All shares are prohibited by the same reason: the organizers did not comply with the decision Vitebsk on number 881 "On Mass Events in Vitebsk", because they do not put their bids contracts with utilities, police and health center.
