Vitebsk member of the Conservative Christian Party BPF Jan Dzyarzhautsau applied for the administration of the October district of Vitebsk to host Sept. 14 picket. The purpose of the proposed action: to bring to the consciousness of citizens - residents information about the "danger to the independence of the Belarusian authorities permit military bases of imperial Russia in our country."

The stated position of the campaign - a park named after the Soviet Army (park "Mazurino"). Park - one of three places in Vitebsk city executive committee that is specifically set aside for public events. But this does not guarantee that the rally will be allowed. Earlier Ian Derzhavtsevym already submitted a similar application for holding a picket on July 27 against the deployment of military bases of Russia. However, such action was forbidden.
