August 21 afternoon, judge Degtyareva in Vitebsk district court on the basis of the decision of the medical advisory board (WCC) and the consent of the Vitebsk city prosecutor's office in the presence of the deputy chief physician of the medical unit of Psychiatry ultrasound Vitebsk Regional Clinical Centre of Psychiatry and Addiction Ponomarev ruled forced psychiatric treatment Igor Postnov. The court session was held without the participation of the public, representatives of the prosecutor, the legal counsel, Mr. Postnov and his close relatives.

According to the court in the coming months, Igor Postnov to be treated and the monthly survey of IHC, which will determine the degree of recovery opponent's power and the need to continue his treatment.

Igor Postnov has only ten days to file an appeal in the Vitebsk regional court.
