On the eve of the 22nd anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Belarus, "Dialogue" has decided to find out what activities are planned for this day, the regional head of the BPF Leanid Avtukhou.

- We know that you have come to the district administration to celebrate the Vitebsk on July 27.

- So, as the chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council BPF I turned to the administration of the Railway District of Vitebsk, were allowed to hold a rally dedicated to the 22th anniversary of the declaration of independence on 27 July 1991.

- What do you plan to do?

- We plan to invite to the meeting of the witness of those events, a representative fraction of the BPF - Mr. Levon Borshevsky. Issue a newspaper, "Magistrate", the number of which will be fully dedicated to the events of July 1991.

- What will you do if the government did not give consent?

- If the government does not allow for a public action, we restrict the release of the newspaper "The Magistrate."

- How did you celebrate in the past year?

- In 2012, celebrated on July 27 in Township's central square, white-red-white flag with leaflets. Then there was the campaign for elections to the House of Representatives, so there was no obstruction.

- What can you say about the upcoming election to the local council?

- Personally, I like the head of the regional organization of the party, is obliged to participate and be sure to participate! Our goal - is to lay the foundation of the presidential campaign. But in order to make this work, it is necessary to start a local company to come to an agreement and determine a single presidential candidate, who will be mentioned in each leaflet on the picket line, in the speeches.
