Vitebsk activist Andrei Andreev distributed leaflets with information about the "People's referendum." At the police station on the activist made a protocol on administrative offense provided for in Article 22.9 of the Administrative Code (violation of the legislation on the media). 700 copies of the leaflet were seized. Now Andrei Andreyev awaits trial. If the judge will side with the employees of law enforcement, activist faces a fine of from 20 to 50 base units.
