The activists of the opposition parties have submitted to the district administration Vitebsk application for mass events.

In the administration of the Railway District appealed the regional head of the BPF Leonid Avtukhov, who said to hold a rally dedicated to the 22th anniversary of the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Belarus. A member of the CCP BPF Jan Dzyarzhautsau wants to set up a picket in the October district, which aims - to bring information to the attention of the citizens of the dangers posed to the independence of Belarus in the placement of Russian military bases in the country.

Both actions would be done in places designated by decision of Vitebsk on a massive event. According to organizers, the events scheduled for July 27, will be attended by up to 60 people.
