August 16 Navapołacak court began its consideration of the criminal case against the son of Babrujsk blogger Oleg Zhelnov – Alexei Milyukov (Zhelnov), who is serving a three-year sentence in Navapołacak correctional facility of open type #15.
He was transferred here last year in August, from Homiel CFOT-22 (correctional facility of open type). Alexis is accused under Article 415 of the Criminal Code of Belarus "evasion from serving punishment of restraint of liberty," which resulted in violations of the detention regime.
Total while serving their sentence in the correctional colony of open type with July 2014 until recently Alexei Milyukov (Zhelnov) received 8 penalties. Recall that in July 2014 Alexey Zhelnov was sentenced to three years of "chemistry" and received a fine – 50 million rubles. The court found him guilty of causing mental and physical harm to a traffic policeman.

Alex Miliukov immediately declared several petitions. One of them – the most significant – to admit as an advocate on the case to the court of his father, Oleg Zhelnov. The court granted the petition is not. Then Alex Milyukov refused the services of appointed counsel and asked for time to conclude an agreement with a lawyer whom he trusts.
Another petition concerned the authorization to engage in video and audio recordings. The video was refused, and the relatives of the accused audio recording can be carried out without the judge's decision. Alex Miliukov asked: "How this entry court can attach to the case, and how it compared with meeting protocol, which is the court clerk?" The judge promised to answer this question at the next meeting, which is scheduled for 23 August.
