On August 12, the "European club" Viciebsk on the proposal of the civil initiative "Women against fraud" was held meeting of the initiative with a number of registered candidates from democratic parties and movements of Viciebsk.
Those present at the meeting of the candidates have shared the experience gained during the first stage of the race – the collection of signatures, their proposals on the organization of the campaign and tried to work out a common message of which will be addressed to the voters.
Since all the candidates gathered in the hall, are the representatives of the city of Viciebsk and Viciebsk region, a suggestion was made to have a conversation with voters, not only about national issues, but also pay attention to the local problems.
Tatsyana Sevyarynets, the candidate for the Vitsebsk Chkalovsky constituency №18, offered as a total for all candidates to choose health care issue, on which in the framework of the campaign "For high-quality healthcare for all," she and her colleagues working closely in the Viciebsk district Bileva. Mrs. Tatiana suggested to his colleagues to include this hot issue in their programs, performances and tabled in the population.
Delve into the subject of health care and health care helped Marina Klimova, diagnostician, who introduced the participants with the basic document "Health of Belarus in anticipation of positive change", developed by Andrei Vitushka. The document contains proposals to reform the Belarusian medicine in the long term, as well as identifies the tasks that need to be solved first. Andrew Vitushka in their work thoroughly and conclusively refutes the thesis of the bureaucracy of the medicine, which claims that the reform of the health sector does not have enough money.
Tatsyana Sevyarynets, bringing an end to the discussion threads needed changes in the country, said: "If Belarus will be without reform, without change, it is not known to any of the country can roll in general."
After discussions, it was decided to appeal to the Pervomaisky administration, Railway and October districts of Viciebsk that his decision has already identified the places for holding mass events and picketing by agitation. Since in some places almost no voters, and conduct activities there becomes meaningless. The participants expressed their intention to offer the city administrations instead of the places to hold meetings with voters, outline the range of places where such meetings are forbidden. This approach will be much more democratic and will meet the interests of both candidates and voters' interests.
