The afternoon of June 18 at Viciebsk in Victory Square biker movement activists showed residents of the "northern capital" of yourself and your equipment. This action was initiated by Viciebsk motorcyclists within the biker rally, which was held in one of the resorts near Viciebsk.

On the main square of the bikers more than 150 motorcycles from different manufacturers and designs were exhibited. By the numbers, and the state symbols can be seen that the extreme driving fans have come to Viciebsk from all regions of Belarus as well as from Russia and from Lithuania.

Equipment and paraphernalia, which are decorated with the technique and their owners, pointed to the aggressive stance of their respective owners. Sami bikers feel masters of the situation. Aware of their impunity, they ostentatiously drank beer in public, loudly expressed obscene abuse. Nazi iron cross on a motorcycle, skull on flags sharply discordant with the name of the square, and the slogan "immortal feat of the Soviet people".

The presence at the event, several orders of police officers, traffic police and ambulances showed that the event is permitted by the city authorities, and bikers with their slogans and behaviors ideologically close "fathers of the city".
