June 4, at the "European club", activists of a number of democratic parties and organizations concerned about the intensification of the representatives of the "Russian world" in the Viciebsk region, reflected on the magnitude of their impact on society and discussing possible ways to counter this threat.
The initiators of the "round table" in the regional center of Vorša made by members of the youth organization "Źviaz" Igor Kazmierczak and Alexander Makarevich. At a time when government officials turn a blind eye, or even condone acts of odious representatives of the "Russian world", the initiative to expose their anti-Belarusian actions have to take the democratic community representatives and independent journalists.
At the beginning of the meeting Igor Kazmierczak defined the concept of "Russian World" as the imperial chauvinistic concept, which has become the state ideology, and which states: where Russian speech sounds – there is the "Russian world". On the basis of this opinion, along with Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, of course, falls into the sphere of influence of the "Russian world", as well as other countries. However, despite the aggressiveness of the said concept, Mr. Igor opinion, the greatest danger it is not for the neighbors, but above all for Russia itself, which has already begun to manifest itself through economic sanctions and its self-imposed isolation.
Further, it was not of such institutional arrangements, which a priori are engaged in some work in favor of the concept of "Russian World" (the Orthodox Church, the pro-Russian media), and the so-called agents of the "Russian world", which propagandize the idea, trying to resist the Belarusian statehood.
The first place in this list Igor Kazmyarchak put the "Russian National Unity" – objectively Nazi organization, which in Belarus has not been registered, although the newspaper "Russian order" was officially registered and published in due time in Harodnia. Recently, the organization is inactive, but its supporters have in Vorša, and Viciebsk. During the Ukrainian Maidan they re-invigorated: social networks RNU representatives announced the creation of the Belarusian anti-Maidan.
Second on the list of organizations that carry a risk, the initiative "Russian jogging" was named. Wrapped in a beautiful wrapper agitation Youth for a healthy lifestyle, the initiative is fraught with the threat: did not have time to look back, and you're already a member of an extremist organization, which runs – only method of recruitment.
People without the organization. This category of representatives of the "Russian world" include an apologist for the restoration of the Russian Empire, Igor Grigoriev, who at the time was involved in the discredited presidential candidate Tatyana Karatkevich.
"Orthodox Cossack military-patriotic club in the name of Archangel Michael", headed by Tatiana Gavrilina with her husband. The club is accompanied by endless conflict. One of them occurred in the secondary school №19 Vorša, where the event blue-purple-green tricolor with the Belarusian ornament on the edge was used. The flag resembles the symbol "Kuban People's Republic", which is no coincidence: the very Tatiana Gavrilina – Member of "Kuban Cossacks Association" Russia "." More recently, Gavrilins couple disgraced even more: Belarusian children from Talačyn and Druck were taken to military training to the Russian fascist Alexei Milchakov.
In Vorša a long time acting military-patriotic club "Rusich". Club sufficiently authoritative level of local authorities and is involved in many local events where its members marched in a military uniform. It is headed by Gregory world. Now teenagers act like a Cossack detachment. And surprisingly – they are supported by UNESCO.
Youth military-patriotic club "Sparta" and the department of "Night Wolves" in Sianno. The club is headed by a former Soviet officer Oleg Shumkov, distinguished humanitarian aid collected for the "beautiful New Russia".
But bikers led by Oleg Ustinovich (nickname Goblin). On the territory of farmsteads, they even have their own base, where he carried out large baykers fests, which is always visited by bikers from Russia. It should be recalled: the Russian "Night Wolves" quite actively involved in the capture of the Crimea.
Viciebsk "Russian cultural center "Rus' ". This non-governmental organization headed by Alexey tinsel. Officially, the center tries to allegedly carry out activities aimed at preserving Russia's traditional culture.
Chairman of the regional organization of the Belarusian Popular Front Kastus Smolikau, who participated in the event in the "European club", referred to the activities of a political party "Slavic Cathedral" Belaya Rus' ", which was once an ideological platform for the unity of persons with Russophilia and Belarusophobia. Yes, now the party does not exist, but its former members have not disappeared. And these people have the opportunity to influence not only on age audience, but also to enter the classrooms and student audience.

Thus, speaking about the growth of the Cossack supporters, he recalled the story of the Cossack movement during the Second World War, which destroys a number of myths that are now being promoted. In particular, on the side of Nazi Germany as a part of General Vlasov departments fought the Cossacks much more than in the Red Army.
