For the past two months at the initiative of the doctor-psychiatrist and outspoken criticism of the authorities Igor Postnov online change.org is collecting signatures for a petition to the Supreme Court of the country in favor of a pro-Russian policy of Viciebsk Sergey Ryzhov wing.

The signatories of the petition demanding "to review the case fabricated candidate Sergey Ryzhov candidates for president."

During bullying and sexual assault over a year ago, Sergei Ryzhov was sentenced. The verdict of the Pervomaisky district court of Viciebsk politician is serving a sentence of imprisonment in a penal colony №15, which is located in Mogilev. He was given 6.5 years.

According to the Penitentiary Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Viciebsk politician currently has 27 unwithdrawn outstanding and penalties for intentionally committed violations of internal regulations of the prison rules. According to first deputy head of the IND RB Ivan Myslitski, validity and legality of the fines imposed on Ryzhov were tested, and by members of the IR number 15 Mogilev violations penal legislation have been identified.

In the meantime, Viciebsk politician bear all the burdens of serving a criminal sentence. The prison administration has repeatedly expelled Ryzhov in solitary confinement, he was denied the transfer of IR №3 (Vićba village), which is in the Viciebsk region, did not agree to a short meeting with Postnova, as there is no kinship between them.

In his letters to freedom Ryzhov has repeatedly complained about the biased attitude towards it on the part of prison staff informed about the threats of physical violence against him on the rough and degrading his honor and dignity of the behavior of the institution staff. However, checks conducted by different prosecutorial authorities do not establish the facts confirming these reports Ryzhov.

Returning to the petition, it should be noted that the Belarusian public is not particularly interested in the circumstances of the case and the fate of an opposition politician. For 2 months of the petition have signed only 20 people ...
