In the first part of the event organizers have introduced those present to date. The first speaker was Alexander Shutov, who spoke about what a "Russian world", stressing that Russia should not be confused, and the concept of "Russian World". He explained the historical processes in which this concept was created and how it has changed over time, reaching up to the present day in the form of an aggressive chauvinistic ideas that exploit the Kremlin's policy.
The second was made by Igor Kazmierczak, who spoke about the "agents" of the "Russian world" in Vorša and in the region. With an emphasis on community initiatives and organizations, such as those who have worked previously, and those that exist today. So, until the middle of the first half of the first decade of the century, in Vorša, where like many other regions, operated structure of the Russian fascist organization "Russian National Unity". Today it does not exist in Vorša is no longer carried out and "Russian jogging", which in Russia was initiated by extremist organizations, and then spread to neighboring countries. The third was Alexander Makarevich, who spoke about the information campaign on social networks to counter the "Russian world" and those "awkward moments" to promote this concept, which is used today. For example, photographs of the shares of the "Russian world" with Nazi symbols and part of the Orthodox clergy, Cossacks, and other organizations that are accepted today the supporters of the "Russian world" of its adherents in the war on Germany's side. At the end of his speech he expressed the hope that if the concept of the "Russian world" loses, Russian politicians will again be able to perceive their neighbors, not as the object of their interest, or "little brothers", but as full-fledged partners.
