Meanwhile, for better control of the contract system was introduced over the workers and the fight against independent trade unions. Chiefs "Fiberglass" with the active participation Belkhimprofsoyuz began to frighten workers of the enterprise non-renewal of the contract, if they do not come from SPB. As a result, a significant portion of the UPB members stopped paying dues through the accounts of the enterprise. But applications to withdraw from the union no one wrote.
