After a month of silence Zhamchuzhny political prisoner sent a human rights activist Leanid Svetik another letter. In it, he said, why the back sent him to Viciebsk activists of the receiver, on which you can listen to Radio Liberty, as organized in the meeting of the colony of prisoners with the administration, and that was unable to meet with the director of the establishment, "Area 119" Alyona Krasouskaya-Kaspiarovich.

Sending a radio Viciebsk returned to senders from the penal colony number 14, a few days earlier. And now Michael Zhamchuzhny told why this happened: a receiver that allows listening to "enemy voices", he returned to the will of the urgent request of the regime of the colony. Now the prisoner hunger for information is satisfied ideologically secure a radio, which broadcasts throughout the detachment from 6:00 to 22:00 only correct Belarusian news.

Mikhail I. asked to inform the public that in prison he has been active advocacy and educational activities. So, in February, at the request of the initiative group, which includes the Zhamchuzhny itself, the club of the colony have been two meetings of prisoners with the employees of the accounting and business areas, responding to all the issues of the day prisoners.

There was another event organized by the prison administration: in the prison visited by officials from the administration of the city of Barysaŭ. Representatives of Barysaŭ Housing answered questions convicts related to the new terms of payment for utility services.
