March 10 at the hearing in Navapołacak was considered an administrative case Belarusian Social Democratic Party member Alexey Zhelnov (Milyukov), who was accused of insulting the deputy chief medical and labor dispensary number 8 Eugene Hutsul.

Despite the discrepancy between the testimony of witnesses, LTP staff, and audio recordings argument, the judge Zinaida Bolobolova recognized Zhelnov guilty of insulting an official (under Article 23.5 of the Administrative Code) and punished him with a fine.

Alexis Support at the hearing came from community activists of Połacak region, in particular members of the party "Belarusian Social Democratic Party" (Hramada) and the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy". The large courtroom was almost full.

The incident, which became the reason for the trial, occurred on February 4 on the territory of the LTP, where Alexey Zhelnov works as a janitor while serving his sentence in a correctional facility of open type number 15 Navapołacak alleged violence against police officers. On the day Alexey went to the personnel department to get information about the salary. But in the hallway between him and the deputy chief of LTP number 8 Eugene Hutsul dispute occurred.

In court Eugene Gutsul claimed that Alexey Zhelnov insulted him, using foul language. This was confirmed and three LTP subordinate Eugene Hutsul, who became bystanders. Two women testified, ashamed to be called obscene word that Alexey allegedly called the Hutsuls. But  witness Valyushkin, an employee of the business LTP, said the word, consonant with the "condom". Zhelnov not guilty of this charge.

Father Alexei, a famous blogger from Bobruisk Oleg Zhelnov, appeared in court as a defender. He applied for admission of the case of audio documents recorded Alexey during an argument with Hutsul on the mobile phone voice recorder. This entry was heard in court. At the end of the 10-minute recording can be heard a quarrel between Alexey Zhelnov and Yevgeny Hutsul, but there are no obscene words. Judge Bolobolova attach a CD with audio recording to the case file, but did not recognize his innocence Zhelnov physical evidence, no motivating its decision.

Result: Navapołacak court punished Alexei Zhelnov, Belarusian Social Democratic Party activist, a fine of 25 basic units, which currently stands at 5.25 million rubles. The maximum penalty under Article 23.5 of the Administrative Code – 50 basic units.

Zhelnov Alexey and his father are going to appeal the decision of Navapołacak. This, according to the law, they have ten days.
