January 4 chairman of the Human Rights Centre "Viasna" Ales Bialiatski filed a complaint with the prosecutor of Leninski district of Minsk in connection with the fact that his appeal on the case of Michael Zhamchuzhny, the Supreme Court has not yet given an answer. " Refusal to accept the citizen or legal person, or violation of the terms of consideration of such treatment, or the failure to inform the applicant of the decision taken as a result of consideration of the application, or unlawful refusal to the applicant to familiarize with materials that are directly relevant to the consideration of treatment or rejection within its competence of measures to restore the violated rights, freedoms and (or) the legitimate interests of the applicant is an administrative offense. The right to draw up reports on the composition of the administrative offense provided, including the prosecutor."
The complainant requests that were brought to administrative liability under article 9:13 of the Administrative Code officer of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, guilty of violating the law.
