January 4 chairman of the Human Rights Centre "Viasna" Ales Bialiatski filed a complaint with the prosecutor of Leninski district of Minsk in connection with the fact that his appeal on the case of Michael Zhamchuzhny, the Supreme Court has not yet given an answer. The complainant requests that were brought to administrative liability under article 9:13 of the Administrative Code officer of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, guilty of violating the law.
