This ramp will not be able to take advantage of a person in a wheelchair, says Viciebsk resident Boris Khamaida. He did not rule out that way, it was decided to get rid of his presence.
For decades Boris Khamaida distributes newspapers and magazines around the so-called "Blue House" – the house №28 on Lenin Street in Viciebsk. He gets under the white-red-white umbrella near the entrance to the grocery store trade network "Vesta". A few days ago just at the point where the activist is usually puts his table and arranges independent publications, decided to make a ramp.
"The ramp already done. There's also done and new banister. But everything is done so that no wheelchair on the ramp in the store is not will call: on both sides of the door attached lights to block the road. So why make a device that people will not be able use it? Why waste money and effort? It is necessary to draw conclusions that someone gave the order to "move" me, squeezed out from the place where I met with citizens since the 1990s! Otherwise – this is complete nonsense and a mockery of people with disabilities", – Boris Khamaida said.
Go to the "workplace" is not going to the activist. Settle with newspapers and magazines, he decided in the corner between the railing – here it does not prevent passers-countrymen and still be able to find it near the "Blue House".
