After three days of voting on practically every polling station in Viciebsk voted not less than 15% of the total number of registered voters. The daily gains, as if on cue, is five percent, which is suspected by independent observers – a suspicion that the presidential elections in the country implemented pre-written script.
On the first day of early voting in some polling stations the ballot boxes, as a rule, was a police officer. However, after complaints of observers in the prosecutor's office, all the territorial election commissions and the CEC police began to carry their service out of polling stations.
In this election, the ballot boxes are made in a transparent form, so that observers and voters have the opportunity to see the number of ballots in them. However, in order to prevent monitoring the occupancy of ballot boxes, the PEC in violation of the principle of openness of elections decided to ban photography and video filming at polling stations.
According to the testimony of observers at the polling stations there are posters with a hidden campaigning for the incumbent head of state and presidential candidate Alexander Lukashenko. An example of such covert propaganda posters observers called the election campaign with the slogan Alexander Lukashenka "For the future of the independent Belarus".
Observers from government agencies, trade unions and pro-government associations are watching in silence for a while, do not ask questions to members of the Commission on the ballot, do not write complaints. This is because these observers do not have the proper knowledge of electoral law, or they are told not to exercise vigilance. Their role, according to the scenario of the presidential elections in the country – to create a picture of mass presence of observers at polling stations.
