Viciebsk pensioner Tatyana Sushkevich could not find help from the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in Viciebsk Rail constituency №19 Sergey Bohan. The the deputy did not stop the eviction of the pensioner from departmental hostels belonging to JSC "Viciebskoblavtotrans."
In early summer Tatyana asked the Director General of JSC "Viciebskoblavtotrans" Vasili Dyatlov with the request to enter into the tenancy agreement in a departmental dormitory, which belongs to the category of public housing. In response, the CEO said the pensioner, that the conclusion of such a treaty considered unwise.
He offered to sign another contract - with the condition of cost sharing between the content of the hostel "Viciebskoblavtotrans" and the legal entity that is in relation to the employer Sushkevich - "ATP №1 Viciebsk". Mr. Dyatlov, however, played a cunning trick: to conclude such an agreement with the employer proved to be impossible due to the fact that Tatiana is already retired.
Looking for a way to prevent the prospect of becoming "a person of no fixed abode", honored the elderly man asked the deputy Sergei Bohan Parliament with a plea for help. But all he could to make the deputy, it's direct management of "Viciebskoblavtotrans" to assist in resolving the issue of further stay of the pensioner in the departmental hostel.
The formal relation to the treatment of his deputy voter led, eventually, to the resolution of the issue by the court. Oktyabrsky district court of Vitsebsk decided that Ms. Sushkevich subject to eviction from the hostel without providing other housing it. It was also decided to collect from her legal costs in the amount of 540,000 rubles.
In a panic, Viciebsk pensioner again appealed to the deputies to take prompt effective measures to prevent it turning into a homeless street. Deputy Bohan said, once the court has decided to evict you, so seek the abolition of the court's decision to a higher court. And, as they say, with a clear conscience and a calm heart he washed his hands.
By this nightmare that has gone through a woman, adding another blow, this time from Viciebsk city executive committee. This imperious authority without explanation denied the pensioner in the formulation of its registration as a person in need of better housing conditions.
As the human rights situation, in which there was Tatiana Sushkevich is not isolated and is massive. It is typical not only for the Viciebsk region, but also for the entire country. Servants of the people - members of the Belarusian parliament often get similar requests for assistance in solving housing issues. And as representatives of the supreme legislative body of the country could help their constituents by enacting laws that once and for all would be allowed to many housing problems of citizens. However, judging by the formal response to the requests of voters in the example of the same the deputy Bohan, from the people's representatives is no political will to protect the rights and legitimate interests of their voters.
