Independent journalist Dmitry Lupach only wasted time and money, arrived Aug. 12 from Hłybokaje, where he lives in Viciebsk on the court. The judge of the regional court Svetlana Ivanova, charged with reviewing the case of the journalist, did not bother to warn him in advance that the trial be postponed, as it needs more time to study the case.
In the Viciebsk regional court had considered the cassation Dmitry Lupach. He appealed Hłybokaje District Court of July 23, according to which he was punished by a fine of 4.5 million rubles (25 basic units) of Part 2 of Article 22.9 of the Administrative Code (illegal production and distribution of media products).
