According to preliminary data, Mikhail Zamchuzhny accused under three articles of the Criminal Code – 376 (parts 1, 2), 375 (part 1) and 431 (part 1 of 2) – of intentional disclosure of information containing official secret, illegal acquisition (manufacturing) tools for the non-public information representing official secret, and bribery.
That process will be closed, it was known in advance. Vitebsk activist Paul Levinau, who has come before the Regional Court, fixed procedural violations.
"According to legal requirements, each process begins the same way: everyone is invited to the hall, the judge starts, appears to call the names of participants in the process and then announces its decision – say, the process will be closed. I came to know who the Secretary at the trial, the public prosecutor who, who is the defendant's lawyer. And, finally, he looks like Mikhail Zamchuzhny ...
