Vitebsk regional department of the Investigative Committee considered the application of the activists who were asked to open a criminal investigation into the discovery of 28 April in a forest near the village of Hayes human bones. From the response of the UK produced the activists, it follows that "at present grounds for a criminal case is not available".

It appears that the bones belonged to several dozen victims. Activists believe that the forest near Haythami in the 30s of the last century were carried out mass executions of people. In addition to the criminal case, they also asked the investigators to exhume and assign the necessary expertise.

However, criminal proceedings may be initiated later – after will be tested. How long will the test started – regional department of the Investigative Committee of the applicants are not informed.
