Administration of Railway District of Vitebsk again refused to members of the Conservative Christian Party of the BPF in the picket. An event dedicated to the Freedom Day, to be held on 25 March. Article 35 guarantees "freedom of meetings, rallies, marches, demonstrations and picketing that do not violate the rule of law and the rights of other citizens of the Republic of Belarus (that's right) guaranteed by the state. The order of these events is determined by law."
